2. Scope of this Donation Policy

This Universal Donation Policy applies to every donation, contribution, sponsorship, grant, fundraising campaign, online payment, offline payment, recurring contribution, institutional funding arrangement, corporate donation, CSR contribution, philanthropic support, memorial donation, crowdfunding campaign, and every other form of charitable support received through any official digital platform, physical office, authorized representative, or officially approved fundraising activity of Just Help Me Foundation.

This Donation Policy shall automatically apply to every present and future domain, website, mobile application, payment portal, digital platform, cloud service, software application, API, online fundraising system, or any other digital property officially owned, operated, managed, licensed, or authorized by Just Help Me Foundation without requiring a separate Donation Policy for each platform.

3. Our Commitment to Donors

Just Help Me Foundation is committed to maintaining the highest standards of integrity, transparency, accountability, and ethical stewardship in managing charitable donations. Donors are strongly advised to make contributions only through the official donation channels published on the Foundation's authorized digital platforms. The Foundation shall not be responsible for donations made to unauthorized accounts, unofficial websites, fraudulent payment links, impersonators, or individuals falsely claiming to represent the Foundation.

7. Donation Processing

Every donation received by Just Help Me Foundation shall be processed through secure financial systems and recorded in accordance with applicable accounting standards, financial governance principles, internal control procedures, and legal requirements. Upon successful completion of a donation transaction, the Foundation may issue an electronic acknowledgement, receipt, confirmation email, SMS notification, or other documentary evidence of the contribution.

Users are responsible for verifying payment details before confirming transactions and should immediately report any suspected unauthorized activity relating to their donations.

9. Restricted and Unrestricted Donations

Where a donor has made a restricted contribution for an approved purpose accepted by the Foundation, reasonable efforts shall be made to utilize the donation accordingly. 18. Financial Transparency and Accountability

The Foundation maintains appropriate accounting records, financial documentation, internal control mechanisms, audit procedures, and governance practices designed to ensure that donations are managed responsibly and in accordance with applicable legal and regulatory requirements.

The Foundation may prepare financial statements, project utilization reports, annual reports, audit reports, impact summaries, donor reports, or other financial disclosures where appropriate or required by law. Nothing in this Policy shall obligate the Foundation to disclose confidential financial information, donor information, contractual information, internal governance documents, or legally protected records beyond what is required by applicable law or approved by the Foundation's governing authority.

19. Refunds and Donation Reversals

Donations made to Just Help Me Foundation are generally considered voluntary and irrevocable. 24. Reservation of Rights

Just Help Me Foundation reserves the unrestricted right to accept, reject, suspend, defer, review, investigate, return, redirect, or discontinue any donation, fundraising campaign, payment method, donor program, sponsorship arrangement, grant acceptance process, or fundraising initiative whenever such action is considered necessary to protect the Foundation's legal compliance, financial integrity, operational interests, governance standards, reputation, or charitable mission.

25. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Just Help Me Foundation, its founders, trustees, directors, governing body members, office bearers, employees, volunteers, consultants, advisors, affiliates, representatives, contractors, financial institutions, payment gateway providers, technology partners, and authorized agents shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, exemplary, special, punitive, reputational, or financial damages arising out of or relating to any donation, payment transaction, fundraising campaign, sponsorship, grant, or other charitable contribution made to the Foundation.

This limitation of liability includes, without limitation, losses resulting from banking interruptions, payment gateway failures, communication errors, internet disruptions, unauthorized third-party activities, technical failures, delays in processing, system maintenance, cyber incidents beyond the Foundation's reasonable control, or any event that prevents or delays the successful completion of a donation transaction.

26. Indemnification

Every donor agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Just Help Me Foundation, its founders, trustees, directors, governing body members, employees, volunteers, consultants, advisors, affiliates, representatives, contractors, service providers, and authorized agents against any claims, actions, proceedings, liabilities, damages, penalties, losses, costs, or expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising directly or indirectly from the donor's violation of this Donation Policy, submission of false information, unauthorized payment, fraudulent conduct, unlawful source of funds, breach of applicable laws, infringement of third-party rights, misuse of the Foundation's name, or any negligent or unlawful act attributable to the donor.

27. Force Majeure

Just Help Me Foundation shall not be responsible for any interruption, delay, suspension, cancellation, or failure in donation processing or fundraising operations resulting from events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, natural disasters, floods, earthquakes, fires, pandemics, epidemics, public health emergencies, armed conflicts, terrorism, civil unrest, governmental restrictions, judicial orders, banking failures, payment gateway outages, internet disruptions, telecommunications failures, cyberattacks, power outages, cloud infrastructure failures, labor disputes, or any other extraordinary event affecting the Foundation's ability to receive, process, manage, or utilize donations.

During such circumstances, the Foundation may temporarily suspend, postpone, modify, redirect, or discontinue donation campaigns or related services without incurring liability for any resulting inconvenience or loss.

28. Compliance with Applicable Laws

Just Help Me Foundation conducts its fundraising activities in accordance with applicable laws, financial regulations, taxation requirements, anti-money laundering legislation, counter-terrorist financing regulations, sanctions requirements, charitable governance principles, and other legal obligations applicable to nonprofit organizations.

The Foundation reserves the right to request additional documentation, identity verification, declarations regarding the lawful source of funds, or any other information reasonably necessary to satisfy legal, regulatory, banking, auditing, or compliance requirements before accepting or retaining any donation.

Where required by law, the Foundation may report suspicious transactions, cooperate with competent governmental authorities, regulatory agencies, financial institutions, auditors, law enforcement authorities, or judicial bodies without obtaining prior consent from the donor.

29. Policy Amendments
