1. Candidate-Initiated Cancellation
Candidates may cancel their application at any time; however:
- No refund will be provided for application fees, membership charges, or donations.
- Cancellation requests must be sent to: recruitment@justhelpdesk.com
JHMF does not entertain refund requests after a payment has been successfully processed.
2. Organization-Initiated Cancellation
JHMF reserves the right to cancel or reject any application in the following cases:
- Incorrect or invalid documents
- Fake or forged certificates
- Mismatch in personal information
- Violation of recruitment rules
- Fraudulent behavior or misuse of the platform
- Misconduct during examination or interview
- Non-compliance with eligibility requirements
No refund will be issued if the organization cancels the application for any of the above reasons.
3. Recruitment Process Cancellation
JHMF may postpone, suspend, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage due to administrative, legal, technical, or unforeseen reasons:
- In such cases, no refund shall be provided.
- Candidates will be informed through the official website and/or registered email.
4. Disqualification Grounds
A candidate may be disqualified without refund for any of the following:
- Submitting multiple applications
- Providing false or misleading information
- Indiscipline during selection stages
- Cheating or malpractice in the exam
- ID card mismatch during verification
- Submitting fake experience or academic documents
5. Donation & Membership Cancellation
- Donations are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
- Membership fees are non-refundable, except in rare cases reviewed under exceptional circumstances.
- Payments processed through Razorpay follow their standard non-reversal policy for completed transactions.
