Cancellation Policy

1. Candidate-Initiated Cancellation

Candidates may cancel their application at any time; however, no refund will be provided. Requests must be sent via email: recruitment@justhelpdesk.com

2. Organization-Initiated Cancellation

Applications may be canceled due to:

  • Incorrect or invalid documents
  • Fake or forged certificates
  • Incorrect personal information
  • Violation of recruitment rules
  • Fraudulent or inappropriate behavior
  • Misconduct during exam or interview

3. Recruitment Process Cancellation

JHMF may postpone, suspend, or cancel the recruitment process at any stage due to administrative, legal, technical, or unforeseen reasons. No refund will be provided. Candidates will be notified via the official website or email.

4. Disqualification Grounds

  • Submitting multiple applications
  • Providing false or misleading information
  • Indiscipline during selection stages
  • Cheating or malpractice in the exam
  • ID mismatch during verification
  • Submitting fake experience or academic documents

5. Legal Compliance

All disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of New Delhi Court. Legal proceedings shall follow the laws of India.

Refund Policy

1. No Refund Policy

All payments made to JHMF are NON-REFUNDABLE, including:

  • Recruitment application fees
  • Donations
  • Membership fees

Once a payment is successfully submitted, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded under normal circumstances.

2. Situations Where Refund May Be Considered

Refunds may be considered only in rare & valid cases such as:

  • Double or duplicate payment by the candidate
  • Payment gateway error (Razorpay) causing incorrect debit
  • Server or technical issue resulting in failed application submission

In such cases, candidates must provide valid proof (bank statement, transaction ID, screenshot) within 7 days of the transaction via email: refund@justhelpdesk.com

3. Processing Time

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–21 business days
  • Amount will be credited to the original payment method
  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank or payment gateway
